#### 1.0 Agreement

 

**1.1** By placing an order on our website, you enter into an agreement governed by these terms and conditions. Additionally, the general principles of contractual and sales law, including consumer agreement regulations under Danish legislation, are applicable.

 

**1.2** When initiating an order, you curate your selection by adding items to your shopping cart. You retain the ability to review, amend, or remove selected items until you proceed to checkout, where you will be prompted to accept the terms of the transaction.

 

**1.3** Upon checkout, you will be required to furnish your name, address, phone number, and email address. Subsequently, you will select a delivery method. This step enables you to verify the order contents before proceeding to secure payment, where you will input your payment details. Your order will be confirmed upon completion of this process.

 

**1.4** While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot always guarantee immediate availability of products listed on our website. Errors or system breakdowns leading to typographical errors and incorrect pricing may occur. Consequently, a binding agreement between the buyer and us is established only upon the buyer's receipt of our order confirmation via email.

 

#### 2.0 Prices and Payment

 

**2.1** All prices listed on the website include Danish VAT. Please note that foreign taxes and duties may apply if you are located outside Denmark and are your responsibility to settle.

 

**2.2** We accept various payment methods, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, as well as Mobilepay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

**2.3** Payment transactions are securely managed by our payment processing provider, Stripe, utilizing 3D Secure authentication to ensure utmost security. Additional fees may apply for certain credit card payments, which will be clearly disclosed during the payment process.

 

**2.4** Upon order placement, the payment amount is reserved on your card. Funds are only deducted from your account when the products are dispatched from our warehouse.

 

#### 3.0 Delivery

 

**3.1** Our standard delivery timeframe for products in stock ranges from 3 to 6 business days. Deliveries are made via DHL and are available throughout Denmark.

 

**3.2** We reserve the right to modify the delivery method based on the nature or quantity of items ordered. Any changes to the shipping method will not incur additional charges.

 

#### 4.0 Returns and Complaints

 

**4.1** Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount to us; hence, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands). Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accompanying packaging.

 

**4.2** To address any defects, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe upon discovery. Failure to do so may compromise your right to claim the deficiency.

 

**4.3** In certain instances, we may request the return of the defective item for examination. It is imperative to securely store the item until further instructions are provided.

 

**4.4** Defective items will be remedied through replacement or refund, in accordance with the provisions of the Sales of Goods Act.

 

#### 5.0 Right of Withdrawal

 

**5.1** You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason within 14 days. This withdrawal period commences upon your physical receipt of the goods or the final item in the case of multiple product orders delivered individually.

 

**5.2** To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us unequivocally via letter or email, including your name, order number, and a clear indication of your intention to withdraw all or part of the order.

 

**5.3** The withdrawal period is considered fulfilled if you communicate your withdrawal before its expiration. Refusal to accept delivery without prior notification does not constitute valid withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, we will promptly refund the payment received for the canceled purchase, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice.

 

**5.4** Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may delay the refund until the returned products are received or until evidence of return is provided, whichever occurs first.

 

**5.5** You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
